About

I’m Andrew Ledford The Dog Training Real Estate Guy.

If you see me out and about in your neighborhood, come up and say Hi.

A little about me.
I was born and raised in Southern California, where I have spent my entire life working and managing mostly dog businesses. Over the last 12 years or so I have also consulted on various real estate projects, to a large extent helping with communications and marketing. I have also done some interesting research for possible development projects using online resources, satellite images and a bit of knowledge about local geology. In addition to helping market various real estate deals I have also done consulting work with startup in-home dog sitting businesses as they got off the ground, as well as converting equestrian properties into dog rescue facilities, and transforming property use and zoning from Light Industrial to kennels. Yes, I have had the opportunity to get up and talk to city council about developing new types of zoning. These diverse projects have given me a broad perspective on the unique needs and challenges involved in marketing as well as the different needs of a variety of property owners, sellers, and buyers.

The insights gained from working with investors, sellers, and pet business operators is quite useful as I transition into residential real estate sales. I am part of an experienced team with over 20 years of experience that can see your transaction through to completion.

My insight is derived from a lifetime of working with a wide variety of people, including fortune 500 executives and celebrities. Yes, I do have the privilege of working with a great variety of people, each with their own unique needs and personalities. In addition to my professional work, I maintain an active interest in history, culture, archaeology, theology, art, and the narratives that have shaped Western Civilization. As you can see, I am interested in both ethology and ethnology, which some people may think of as being at odds with each other. These interests inform and enrich my approach to helping clients through the real estate selling process.

In summary, my life and career have been dedicated to understanding and helping individuals and families change for the better. Whether through changing to a new address and house, to consulting on property projects, to developing training programs (working on a new program to help people go through the house selling process,) or exploring the rich tapestry of history and culture, I strive to bring a deeper understanding and positive change to the lives of those I work with.
